Living Spaces – Baybrook Mall, Houston, TX

We are incredibly grateful to Ryan Companies and Living Spaces for trusting us with this exciting project. It was a privilege to contribute to the 150,000 sq. ft. installation, which included 100,000 sq. ft. of concrete profiling, a moisture mitigation system, and extensive floor preparation using high-quality products from Schönox.

The retail space came together beautifully with Mannington’s LVT, and we’re proud to have also installed over 2,000 sq. yds. of carpet tile from Patcraft. A huge thank you to our hardworking installation team for their dedication and craftsmanship—this project couldn’t have been a success without your effort and attention to detail.
