The West Loop Medical Shell building is an approximately 9,800 square foot building shell. The space of the building could be subdivided into 3 separate suites. The exterior is composed of a concrete tilt wall system and stone veneer. The stone is used to highlight the main entrances of the building by using height variations. Awnings hung over openings add to the focus at the entries. Colors were chosen to complement one another with that of light colors for the façade and darker metals for the parapet cap and awnings.
