    Phillips 66 Corporate Headquarters

    In 2016 Melton Electric had the pleasure of working on the new Phillips 66 Corporate headquarters. This project is the new – and first ever – global headquarters for Phillips 66, one of the country’s strongest energy companies and the highest-ranking Houston-based Fortune 500 company.

    The headquarters of the downstream, midstream, and chemicals company is a 1.1 million-square-foot, 14-acre campus with 15- and 13- story office towers connected by a 3,000 square-foot walking bridge and an eight-floor parking garage. It includes executive offices, fitness center, learning center, data center, and kitchen/dining facilities. It has a yoga studio, spinning studio, basketball court, and a soccer field with a track on top of the parking garage. It also has an on-site dentist and physician, as well as two credit unions. Employees can de-stress in the massage room or get their suits pressed in an on-site dry cleaner.

    There’s a 1:1 ratio between office area and common space. The heart of the campus is a vast central plaza, with towering limestone-lined walls and curving glass ceiling. A coffee bar sits in the center of the plaza and a cafeteria with dark wood-lined walls and modern chandeliers sits adjacent to the plaza.
