True Anomaly started as friends brewing in their garage, all had full-time jobs as rocket scientists, space-suit developers, and mission managers with NASA. They were ready to take it to the next level and asked us to help them covert an existing metal building in Houston’s booming Eado neighborhood into a brewery and tap room.

The overall design included modern finishes and colors, large windows, and stacked brite tanks behind the bar as a focal point of the tap room. Pops of bright blue and green are used throughout the design, along with, wooden accents. Glass garage doors allow an indoor-outdoor flow. There is a large event room in the back with windows that allow a view through the taproom. Along the outside back of the metal building, there is a graffiti wall with a space theme and the main piece of graffiti saying “Houston we have lift off”.
