Radian Architecture provided Space Planning, Construction Drawings, and consulting services for M&D Distributors. The project was an economical and functional build out with upgraded design and finishes at high-visibility areas of the facility. We worked with the client to design a new two-floor interior office inside of an existing high bay tilt wall building and the warehouse storage and work process stations/mill-work. Radian continued to attend weekly construction meetings for the duration of the project to discuss ongoing refinements to the design and construction.
