The Walker Eisenbraun project was a complete remodel and office expansion. Following A2 Studio Architecture design we modernized the space with decorative lighting, illuminating accent walls, drop down ceiling, and signage. Used eucalyptus veneer paneling in the reception and conference room case work adding depth and warmth. Butted glass sidelights in the conference room and individual office sidelights open up and create an inviting feel. The custom two toned millwork in the break room adds visual interest and cohesive design tying the space together.
The BBVA Medical Center project is the pilot for creating the BBVA Compass Wealth Management group’s standards for this division of the US branch locations. MaRS was tasked to design and implement new brand standards that exuded the modern Spanish BBVA brand aesthetic yet tailored to the location. Situated in the heart of the medical center adjacent to the Waterfall Cafe on the 5th floor, the location was not ideal for walk-ins. The space was designed for clients to be welcomed to utilize the BBVA facility for meetings or personal usage. The moves were simple in this sliver of space, glass planes, blue feature carpet, clean lines and sophisticated art and even a piggy bank as subtle nod to know your money is safe, marks this location as a new way of banking with style.
